All orders ship from our HQ in Austin, Texas. Orders typically leave our warehouse same-day or next business day. See below for details on all serviceable states and shipping rate options.
We Ship To Customers 21+ Only
Our cannabis products are intended for adults 21+. By placing an order through our website you agree that the resident(s) of your designated shipping address are 21 years of age or older.
Where are you allowed to ship Chill Country products?
Our gummies are made from federally compliant hemp and are legal under the 2018 Federal Farm Bill. Because hemp laws vary from state to state and change often, we can only ship to states where our products are compliant. We currently ship to Texas, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Indiana, Wisconsin, Wyoming, South Dakota, Nebraska, Illinois, Delaware, New Hampshire, Kansas, Mississippi, and Nevada. We are not able to ship to any other state, to US territories, to PO Boxes, or internationally. This list changes as state laws change, so it may look different next time you visit.
Shipping options & rates
We offer free priority shipping for all orders $75 and above. For orders under $75 we offer flat rate standard shipping for $4 and flat rate priority shipping for $8.
Shipping holidays
Chill Country and its shipping partners will not be shipping or delivering orders during federally-observed holidays. Shipping estimates will begin the following business day.
International shipping
We do not currently accept any international orders and do not ship any packages internationally.
