It All Started Around A Campfire
The idea for THC Provisions and Chill Country emerged around a campfire in early 2020, in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Inspired by conversations about life, creativity, and a connection to something greater than ourselves, we began designing Texas-inspired artwork and dreaming up a vision for a different kind of company.
We Prioritized Creative Integrity
Most products on the shelf these days are made by faceless corporations and entrepreneurs who are primarily chasing financial success. From day one we've been committed to making products that we are genuinely proud to promote, while building a business that is 100% aligned with our personal morals and values.
We started with a clever Texas-themed design prompt and a fuzzy North Star to prioritize creative integrity over financial opportunities. Today, that vision has crystallized into a clear mission: Use our resources to support artists and inspire creative work.
Supporting Texas Artists
A few weeks before SXSW 2024, we transformed the back room of our Austin headquarters into a simple recording studio and invited a handful of musicians over to record a new Texas music series we called Chill Country Sessions. We were quickly bombarded with requests from amazing musicians all over the state wanting to come by and record a session.
Since then, we’ve recorded with hundreds of artists, generated millions of views, and created new opportunities for the talented musicians we’re fortunate to collaborate with. The best part? These sessions are completely free for the artists, and we don’t claim any ownership over the artists’ music or the content we create together.

Yep, and we've got the good stuff. We launched our debut line of full-spectrum cannabis gummies in early 2023 to complete the "THC Provisions" brand concept 😮💨
